TTN Universal pad printing machines
The TTN Universal pad printing machines are machines with a lower price level. By keeping the pad printing machines simple, they are affordable and easy to use.
The pad printing machines are built with high quality components like for example Festo pneumatics and various high-quality mechanical parts. The pad printing machines are equipped with a product table which is adjustable in X, Y and Z direction. The printing pressure is electronically adjustable on the substrate as well as on the cliché. The pad printing machines are equipped with a user-friendly touchscreen display and are therefore very easy to operate. Optional the machines can be delivered with a foot pedal to start the machine without the use of the hands. The pad printing machine is equipped with 4 throttle valves to adjust the speed of the machine.
The TTN Universal pad printing machines are standard delivered as table models. As an option we can deliver the machine with its own pedestal. The Universal pad printing machines can be delivered as a 1- or 2-color machine and are equipped with a closed ink cup system.
The Universal pad printing machines thank their name on the fact that once purchased, the machine can be rebuilt for example from 1-color to a 2-color machine or from small format to large format one color pad printing machine. There is even an optional oval ink cup available for printing large images in 1-color.
The 2-color pad printing machines can also be used as a 1-color pad printing machine.
